Information We Collect When Completing a Form

We collect information personal information from both Pro-user and Customer in order to best assist them with their requests.  The information 1800pros collects will only be used to fulfill the request for which it was submitted.  The information collected through forms on our website include:

•  Pro user information including name, telephone number, email address, home address, Resume, proof of license, prior work experience and position applied for;
• what about information from customer/home  owner?
• If a Pro user or customer or  their child is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or if they have been advised by a health care provider to self-quarantine.

This information is stored in a database that is not available to the public and only accessed by 1800pros employees/Contractor(s) necessary to process any requests submitted via a form.  The data provided is stored for up to five years.  To have your information removed from our database, send an email to contact@1800pros.com requesting that your information be removed.
