Customers looking for a service can browse the platform by either looking for a specific service under “categories” to make a service request or search for a specific provider by name.
Yes, from the home page you can enter your zip code “under find a pro” and search for a service to make a service request that way.
If you are a returning customer, log in with your credentials and your profile will show every service request on every transaction that you have performed within the platform. Once logged in you can make a request.
New customers that are not currently in need of a service are still able to register for future use by clicking the “register” button.
