In order to become part of the 1800pros Pros Network first, you must complete an online application by clicking on “Join our Pro Network” OR “Pros Network Tab” found on the homepage. Pending approval based on license verification and background checks, your account will be created and verified.
All 1800pros employees must retain the necessary licenses, undergo an in-person interview, and pass a background check prior to performing any services.
Yes: prior to field work, all new pros are required to go through application training.
Yes, we provide both refresher courses and organized group training opportunities for all of our service providers.
Your availability can easily be turned on or off as long as there are no active service calls in your que.
As long as you do not have any ongoing service call in your que that you have accepted previously, you can turn on and off your availability with click of a button.
