Once a technician gets to your location, an invoice is created pending your signature to allow the technician to start working. This step serves as a customer authorization to start the job.
Once the job is completed and paid for, both the customer and the technician need to sign the invoice in order to verify the completion of the job. All signatures are printed on the final invoice.
